Rotarians know what we do, but it is great when a non-Rotarian acknowledges the role that Rotary plays in making communities better.  This Letter to the Editor in the Progress-Index on November 27 expressed appreciation of the efforts of the Petersburg Rotary and the Petersburg Breakfast Rotary in assisting the YMCA.  We express thanks to the Progress-Index for permission to reprint this sincere letter in Rotary District publications. We note here that the Petersburg Rotary Clubs along with the Colonial Heights and Prince George Rotary Clubs are part of a district grant to be completed this year to help restore the Wilcox Conservation area at Lee Park.  The work of Rotary is noticed regardless of how we make it happen.
